This hotel met needs! The property was clean and had very good and compassionate stuff. My hotel room was pet-friendly and brand-new with balconies. The venue had a central setting to Calgary airport. Moreover, its just next door to Banff for 3 days and downtown and many fine restaurants and Alberta.

The unit we got was huge with a very large balcony and really comfortable beds. The location of the hotel was amazing - a 10-15 minute walk from a key gallery.

Had a fairly nice stay for a vacation, glad I've chosen it. I loved that it was cool. The staff, everyone, was amicable and efficient. This accommodation had a central setting on edge of town. The in-house restaurant for breakfast was the best part.

The view was spectacular
It was quite warm and there was no air conditioning and we were told no one in the National |Park had air conditioning which I am curious about as Canmore had air conditioning in their rooms. The room also smelled quite smoky and stale.

The hot pool was fantastic! And we liked the fact that there was a heated underground parking for our car.
The room was cold because the heating system was not functioning well. Besides, it was making too much noise.

location was good, as well as the free wifi and bus fares to the town/gondola
no airconditioning, really old accomodation, no power sockets to use without unplugging the tv, lamp or alarmclock. no refrigerator (really what's up with that) we were asked to upgrade our room to include the to our mind basic facilities for 15 dollars a night extra. we chose not to, room was expensive enough as it was. breakfast is not included. you can buy a continental (10 dollar) or full continental (15 dollar) but continental was only cereal, yoghurt and fruit! the full cont. included eggs, bacon, sausage.. toast you had to order and pay seperately! who thought that up? during our stay in canada this summed up to be the most expensive and worst hotel we've stayed in! be prepared to go back in time if you plan to stay there!
